Femme-Fit Program
We are thrilled to introduce Femme-Fit, a wellness initiative that helps sisters stay active, healthy, and spiritually connected. Masjid Khadijah is running this successful program for the third time, and there are Limited Spots Available.
Class Highlights:
🧘♀️ Power Hour (Pilates) - Mondays & Wednesdays from 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm with a Professional Movati Instructor; Nanette
Strengthen and tone your body with this invigorating Pilates class. Participants will follow a guided workout led by our Professional Movati instructor every Monday & Wednesday focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
What to Bring:
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the classes.
Comfortable Workout Clothes: Dress in breathable, flexible attire.
Towel: To keep sweat at bay.
Sneakers: For Optimal comfort during workouts
Optional Gear: Bring personal equipment like headphones, dumbbells or resistance bands for Power Hour, but it's not required.
Pricing Options:
Monthly Pass: $40 for all April classes! This covers 6 classes from April 7th 2025 - April 30th, 2025. Sometimes we offer bonus classes with 7 classes a month.
Given civic holidays and facilitators’ availability, class will be conducted during the following dates: April 7,14,16,23,28,30
