Strengthen and tone your body with this invigorating Pilates class. Participants will follow a guided workout video led by our main instructor every Tuesday and Thursday, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.

🥾 Trail Blazers (Hiking Group)
Join us for refreshing hikes every Monday! We’ll explore beautiful natural settings while building community and enjoying the great outdoors. Participants will follow a guide, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.

Nurture your body and spirit with our holistic class that combines mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Participants will follow along with a guided video, promoting relaxation, inner peace, and physical wellness.

What to Bring:

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the classes.

  • Comfortable Workout Clothes: Dress in breathable, flexible attire.

  • Towel: To keep sweat at bay.

  • Sneakers or Hiking Boots: Supportive footwear is essential for both Pilates and hiking.

  • Optional Gear: Bring personal equipment like headphones, dumbbells or resistance bands for Power Hour, but it's not required.
